Repeated pressure loss with no visible leak at radiators, valves, or boiler connections is a strong indicator of a concealed system leak β often in buried pipework or within a floor or wall. How do you detect a leak under a concrete floor?
Tracer gas detection is the most reliable method for leaks beneath concrete floors. We inject an inert gas into the pipework and detect its escape point at the floor surface using specialist sensors β pinpointing the location to within centimetres before any concrete is broken.
Can you detect underfloor heating leaks?
